Fried chicken wings made with an easy, delicious recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of onion powder
- A pinch of ground ginger
- A pinch of white pepper
- 1 medium tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- For coating
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- A pinch of turmeric
Method
- Wash the chicken wings after rubbing them with lemon, vinegar, and a pinch of flour. Rinse with water and drain.
- Remove the tail and cut the wing in half so you get two pieces.
- Score the pieces with a knife.
- Mix the spices with the yogurt, oil, and vinegar, and marinate the wings in them for at least 2 hours.Timers: 120 min
- When frying... place the flour mixture in a dish or bowl, remove the wings from the marinade, coat them in this mixture on both sides, and fry them immediately in plenty of hot oil... Or you can place them on a tray in the fridge, cover them with plastic wrap, and leave them in the fridge until frying.
