How to Make Eggless Petit Four

- 225 g butter, at room temperature
- Three quarters cup fine sugar
- 2 cups flour
Method
- Cream the butter with the sugar using a wooden spoon or a hand whisk until you get a creamy mixture ...
- Add the sifted flour in two or more stages without ever kneading... noting that we can increase or decrease the amount of flour according to the dough's needs and the type of flour.
- Mix the mixture with a fork or with fingers slightly apart and let the dough rest a little before starting to shape it or put it in the petit four machine...
- Arrange the petit fours on parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 150°C for only 10 minutes so the petit fours don't become hard.Timers: 10 min
