  • 190 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

  1. Place the cake pan in the oven for 40 minutes at 160 degrees. The baking time may vary depending on the strength of the oven.

  8. Whip the cream, then add the melted, cooled chocolate to it.
  9. Fill the cake layers with the chocolate cream.
  10. After finishing decorating the cake with the cream, place it in the refrigerator, not the freezer, until it sets, then decorate it with chocolate sauce...

  13. 200 g heavy cream
  14. 90 g honey
  15. 50 g butter
  16. In a bain-marie, that is, a large pot with hot water and then a second smaller pot placed inside the large pot, add the cream and chocolate pieces and stir until the chocolate melts completely, then add the honey and butter..
  17. Leave the mixture until it cools completely, then decorate the cake with it. Fresh fruit and chocolate pieces can also be added as a final garnish, if desired.
