- 5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- Lukewarm water for kneading
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Filling ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Mushrooms, finely chopped
- Corn
- Green bell pepper, diced
- A pinch white pepper
- A pinch ground ginger
- A pinch garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Hot sauce or chili to taste
- 1 tablespoon tawook spice

Method
- Knead the dough ingredients well and set aside to rest for at least an hour.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
- Marinate the chicken with the spices, then sauté for a few minutes on the stove before adding the onion and vegetables... When the vegetables soften, add soy sauce and the hot sauce and stir, then set aside until they cool...
- Roll out a rectangular or circular sheet of dough and place a piece of mozzarella on each section, top with a portion of chicken with vegetables, then cover with a dough piece of the same size as the first and cut each portion with a knife or pizza cutter..
- Brush the tops with an egg yolk mixed with a little instant coffee and 1/4 teaspoon of honey, brush the tops and sprinkle sesame seeds...
- Bake the chicken and vegetable pies in the oven on the tray so that the cheese is on the top side of the pastries and the filling on the bottom.
