Ingredients

  • 5 apples, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • y puff pastry

Method

  1. Put half a cup butter with the apples in a wide pan over the heat and stir.... Add the cinnamon and sugar and stir well so the apple pieces soften. Roll out the puff pastry, place some of the apple mixture and seal it tightly, and continue until all the mixture is used
  2. Grease a baking tray with butter, place the pies and bake on the middle rack at 180°C for half an hour until nicely browned
  3. Serve the apple pie with puff pastry with ice cream and caramel or strawberry sauce as desired
