- 2 cups water
- 2 cups coarse semolina
- A large piece of butter
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water or rose water

Method
- Place the sugar on medium heat and let it melt and caramelize, then gradually add the water while stirring continuously....

- Add the butter and stir well until it melts, then gradually add the semolina, stirring for at least a quarter of an hour until the semolina is well cooked...
- Turn off the heat and add orange blossom water and mix with the mixture, then pour the mixture into the serving dish

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 can Qaymar cream
- A pinch of rose water + orange blossom water
