Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch wild oregano (oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Method

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil, then add the tomatoes and stir with the tomato paste, oregano, and seasonings.
  2. Let the mixture simmer over low heat until cooked.
  3. After the mixture is cooked, set it aside to cool, then blend in an electric blender for 2 minutes.
