Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • 2 tablespoons instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 medium tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 small cup olive oil
  • 1 small cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups warm water (you can increase the amount of water according to the dough's needs)
  • Pizza filling ingredients:
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Half a cup oil
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oregano (wild thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • You can add any type of vegetables to the sauce and add cheese and shrimp or prawns or even chicken and meat as desired.

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead with the warm water. You can add more water until you get a soft but cohesive dough. Let it rest for about an hour.
  2. After the dough has rested, divide it into medium-sized balls and let them rest for 10 minutes, then roll them out into discs or loaves and let them rest again for another 10 minutes before adding the filling and baking.
