  • 2 cups warm water, but you can add water as needed for the dough
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  2. Sprinkle a little flour on a table or smooth surface and start working the dough forward and back with your hands for about ten minutes.
  3. Put a little vegetable oil in a bowl and coat the bowl with it, then place the dough in the bowl, cover it, and let it rest for about ten minutes.
  4. Cut the dough as desired into large or small pieces.
  5. Cover the dough pieces for an additional ten minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough pieces (flatten the dough) and cover them with a thin cloth for half an hour.
  7. Place the dough rounds in a preheated oven until the bread is cooked, rises, and begins to brown.
