- 3 cups pitted dates
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or ground pistachios)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tsp ground ginger

Method
- Prepare ice-cube molds; put raw sesame in each cavity (or ground pistachios or coconut), take portions of the dough, roll them into balls and place them in the molds, then chill them in the fridge for two hours
