  • Boneless chicken breast (deboned)
  • 1/2 cup red vinegar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon hot pepper paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori spice mix
  • 2 garlic cloves

Method

  1. Marinate the cleaned chicken breast in the mixture after combining all ingredients together.
  2. Let the chicken marinate as long as possible — it will absorb more of the marinade, gain the desired flavor, and cook faster on the grill.
  3. Preheat the grill and grill the chicken. You can also bake it in the oven covered with aluminum foil, then finish by browning it well.
