- Lamb, cut into medium pieces (amount to taste)
- Ghee (clarified butter)
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Green zucchini, peeled and seeded
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Tomato paste

Method
- In a pot... sauté the meat cut into medium pieces in ghee until browned... sprinkle with pepper and salt and stir
- Add the chopped onion to taste and cook until softened
- Add the green zucchini after removing the outer skin and seeds and cutting it medium-sized
- Leave them for 15 minutes over medium heatTimers: 15 min
- Finally add the chopped tomatoes with tomato paste and a little water, adjust the salt, and simmer for about half an hour over low heat
- Transfer them to a baking tray, cover, and place in the oven at moderate heat until the stew is cooked and the sauce thickens
- Serve the green zucchini with meat and tomatoes with rice and toasted vermicelli
