- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- One egg white
- Very small half cup white vinegar
- One teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well... and while the blender runs, add vegetable oil very slowly in a thin stream and continue blending until the mixture thickens... The amount of oil depends on the mixture until its consistency resembles an ointment.
- This quantity yields about one cup of garlic sauce.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (not the freezer) and it will keep its taste and its pale white color for a long time.
