Ingredients

  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled
  • One egg white
  • Very small half cup white vinegar
  • One teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well... and while the blender runs, add vegetable oil very slowly in a thin stream and continue blending until the mixture thickens... The amount of oil depends on the mixture until its consistency resembles an ointment.
  2. This quantity yields about one cup of garlic sauce.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (not the freezer) and it will keep its taste and its pale white color for a long time.
