Method

  1. The ice cream must be very firm...
  2. Roll the ice cream scoop or ball in a plate of flour so it is coated on all sides, then pass it through a plate of eggs the same way, and finally through a plate of crushed cornflakes so that there are three layers on the ice cream ball...
  3. Place the ice cream ball in the freezer for 24 hours or for a full day, then fry it in hot oil for only 30 seconds...

  4. Serve the fried ice cream scoops with caramel sauce made from sugar, butter, and pistachios.
