Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Method
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla and whisk for about two minutes.
- Sift the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg mixture in two batches, stirring with a wooden spoon until homogeneous.
- Lightly oil or butter a skillet and heat it; then pour in the five-minute Swiss roll batter and cover with a pot lid.
- Cook the skillet for about five minutes, or slightly less, over low heat.
- Test doneness with a small wooden skewer before turning off the heat.
- On a sheet of parchment, sprinkle a little powdered sugar, place the Swiss roll on it, roll it up, and refrigerate for about five minutes only.
- Unroll the five-minute Swiss roll again and fill it with Nutella or as desired.
- Decorate the Swiss roll as you like and serve.
