Fine rice pudding — easy to make and especially suitable for children.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fine rice
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups water
- 4 tablespoons orange blossom water
- A pinch of ground mastic with a pinch of sugar — optional

Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the mastic and the orange blossom water, and mix them well while cold.
- Pour the mixture into a pot over the heat and stir until it thickens; it's best to stir gently and continuously without stopping.
- When the fine rice pudding reaches the desired thickness, add the mastic and the orange blossom water, stir well, and remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the rice pudding into glasses and let them cool to room temperature.
- Garnish with nuts as desired.
