Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta
- 2 onions, cut into wedges
- Fresh or canned mushrooms
- Chicken, cut (500 g / 1/2 kilo)
- A pinch of salt
- Black pepper, a pinch or 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk (liquid), 1/2 cup
- Cooking cream, 2 cups
- Dried basil
- Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish

Method
- Fry onion wedges in olive oil, add fresh mushrooms with them and sauté until the onion softens
- Add the chopped chicken, spices, and salt and sauté until the chicken takes on a golden color
- Add the milk, cream, cheese, and dried basil and let the mixture boil
- After it boils... remove from the heat then pour it over the pre-cooked, drained pasta and mix
- Garnish Fettuccine Alfredo with fresh basil or as desired and serve immediately
