Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • salt
  • hot pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika or sweet red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
  • black pepper

Method

  1. Cut each potato into 4 wedge-shaped pieces.
  2. Mix all the spices with the chicken stock cube, garlic, and oil, then pour them over the potatoes and mix well.
  3. Arrange the potato wedges on an oiled or nonstick baking tray.
  4. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes, or adjust according to your oven's strength.
  5. Serve the potato wedges with mayonnaise and ketchup.
