Easy milk muhallebi — very delicious and perfect for the whole family
Ingredients
- 6 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar, or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- Pistachios for garnish
Method
- Place the milk over medium heat and add the cornstarch, stirring constantly.
- Add the sugar and stir.
- Reduce to low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Finally add the rose water and orange blossom water, stir, and remove from heat.
- Pour the milk muhallebi into serving bowls or glasses.
- When it cools to room temperature, refrigerate.
- Serve chilled, garnished with pistachios.
