- Vinegar - for cleaning the gizzards
- Garlic - 1 clove only
- Lemon juice - to taste
- Seven-spice
- Cinnamon
- Oil

Method
- After cleaning the gizzards well and removing the veins from them (they can also be cut into large pieces), soak them in vinegar for 10 minutes only, then wash them well with water and drain them completelyTimers: 10 min
- In a skillet over low heat, add the cleaned gizzards and sprinkle the spices over them, then stir until all the water comes out
- Discard the water released from the gizzards, add a little vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt. Stir until cooked through
- Once the chicken gizzards are cooked, add 1 mashed garlic clove and stir, then a little lemon juice, turn off the heat, and serve
