Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken breasts
- cinnamon
- white pepper
- salt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Coating the nuggets
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- We clean the chicken breasts, rub them with lemon juice and salt, then rinse them with water
- Drain them well
- Put the chicken in the electric grinder with vinegar and lemon juice to prevent a foul smell, and mash the chicken
- Add the spices i.e. the seasonings and salt and mix, then the breadcrumbs so the chicken holds together
- Shape the minced chicken into small squares and put them in the freezer for just 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- Coat the chicken nuggets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- Fry the chicken nuggets over medium heat in plenty of hot oil until the pieces turn golden
