Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 medium spoon salt (about 1 teaspoon)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon broast seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (or oregano)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Cleaned, drained chicken wings
  • Garlic sauce:
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Method

  1. Mix the spices with the flour, herbs, and vinegar, and coat the wings in the mixture on all sides.
  2. Heat the oil, add the wings to the hot deep oil for just a few minutes, then reduce the heat so the wings cook through.
  3. Serve the broasted wings with ketchup and mayonnaise or garlic sauce.
  4. Mix the cornstarch and cold water, then put them in a pot over the heat until they thicken.
  5. Put the garlic with the cornstarch mixture and mayonnaise in a blender until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Chill the garlic sauce in the refrigerator until serving.
