Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 medium spoon salt (about 1 teaspoon)
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon broast seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (or oregano)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Cleaned, drained chicken wings
- Garlic sauce:
- 2 heads garlic
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Method
- Mix the spices with the flour, herbs, and vinegar, and coat the wings in the mixture on all sides.
- Heat the oil, add the wings to the hot deep oil for just a few minutes, then reduce the heat so the wings cook through.
- Serve the broasted wings with ketchup and mayonnaise or garlic sauce.
- Mix the cornstarch and cold water, then put them in a pot over the heat until they thicken.
- Put the garlic with the cornstarch mixture and mayonnaise in a blender until the sauce is smooth.
- Chill the garlic sauce in the refrigerator until serving.
