Broasted wings with a delicious homemade touch — these crispy wings are sure to be a hit.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup vinegar

1 medium spoon salt (about 1 teaspoon)

A pinch of black pepper

1 tablespoon broast seasoning

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon rosemary (or oregano)

1 tablespoon curry powder

Cleaned, drained chicken wings

Garlic sauce:

2 heads garlic

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 cup water

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Mix the spices with the flour, herbs and vinegar, and coat the wings in the mixture on all sides.
Heat the oil. Fry the wings in hot, deep oil for just a few minutes, then reduce the heat so the wings cook through.
Serve the broasted wings with ketchup and mayonnaise or with the garlic sauce.
