- 1 kilo chicken breast, sliced thick
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
Method
- Sauté the mushrooms first over high heat until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the onion with garlic and a squeeze of lemon and ginger until the ingredients take on a golden color, then turn off the heat.
- Add cold chicken stock with flour and powdered milk and whisk well until you obtain a sauce; adjust thickness to your liking.
- In a separate skillet, sauté a little oil and add the washed chicken pieces with white and black pepper and cook well. Place the chicken and mushrooms with the sauce and pasta and cheese in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts.Timers: 15 min
