Ingredients:

1 kilo chicken breast, sliced thick

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt

Black pepper

White pepper

Vegetable oil

Chicken stock

3 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons powdered milk

Mozzarella cheese to taste

Instructions:

Sauté the mushrooms first over high heat until browned, then remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté the onion with garlic and a squeeze of lemon and ginger until the ingredients take on a golden color, then turn off the heat.

Add cold chicken stock with flour and powdered milk and whisk well until you obtain a sauce; adjust thickness to your liking.

In a separate skillet, sauté a little oil and add the washed chicken pieces with white and black pepper and cook well. Place the chicken and mushrooms with the sauce and pasta and cheese in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
