Ingredients
- 2 large cups corn (frozen or canned)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- If the corn is frozen, boil it for a short time until cooked; if it is canned, there is no need to boil it
- Wash the corn and place it in a deep bowl after it has cooled
- Wash the parsley and chop it coarsely
- Mix the corn with the parsley, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
- Add a little lemon juice, and optionally add spices and more mayonnaise to taste
