Ingredients

  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 and 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • quarter cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Method

  1. Cream the butter with the sugar, then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Gradually add the flour, alternating with the baking soda.
  3. Bake the cookie cake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
