- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup sugar

Method
- Mix all ingredients cold except for the mastic and rose water…
- Put the mixture on the stove and stir until the mixture thickens… Add the mastic and rose water and turn off the heat…
- Pour the mixture into several containers or tall cups. Add different food colorings to each cup and stir well until the color blends with the muhallabiya while it is hot.
- Let the colored muhallabiya cups cool, then refrigerate to set well… It’s best to leave overnight.
- After the required time, unmold the colored muhallabiya from the tall cups, cut into discs, and coat with colored shredded coconut on all sides…
