Ingredients

  • ½ kg cleaned shrimp, peeled
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green and 1 red sweet bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • Sliced olives
  • A pinch of pepper

Method

  1. Place a wide skillet over high heat and add the shrimp, garlic, and salt; stir until all the liquids evaporate, then set them aside and let them cool completely.
  2. In a bowl... put the chopped vegetables and the remaining ingredients and mix them; add the shrimp after it has cooled and toss until well combined and the shrimp absorb the vinegar and lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate the salad so the flavors of the liquids concentrate in the shrimp.
