Cold Nescafe dessert made at home with an easy recipe. Coffee and Nescafe lovers will definitely want to try it right away :)
Ingredients
- 4 cups or 1 liter milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon coffee (ground coffee)
- 2 heaping tablespoons Nescafe
- 2 packets biscuits (2 plain, or 2 chocolate, or one of each type)
- Cream layer:
- 2 packets powdered dessert cream
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon Nescafe
Method
- Put 1 liter of milk with the cornstarch, flour, sugar, Nescafe, and coffee in a bowl and mix very well while cold.
- Transfer to a pot over the heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
- In a Pyrex dish, cheesecake pan, or even a tray, arrange a layer of biscuits, then pour in one quarter of the mixture and smooth the surface.
- Arrange a second layer of biscuits and spread another quarter of the mixture over it, and so on until you have 4 layers.
- Arrange another layer of biscuits on top, then whisk the 2 packets of cream with the milk and Nescafe and spread the cream over the top.
- Decorate with crushed biscuits or as desired.
- Let the cold Nescafe dessert cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator for several hours until well chilled before serving.
