- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup finely ground semolina
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- pink food coloring
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
- Put the semolina, sugar, flour, and milk into a bowl and mix them first while cold, then place over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- When the mixture thickens, add the grated coconut and stir well, then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- When the coconut mixture has cooled, divide it into two portions. To the first portion add food coloring until it turns pink, and leave the second as is without coloring.
- Shape the mixture into rounds, balls, or spheres and roll them on a plate of grated coconut so the coconut sticks to the outside.
