Cinnamon and Ginger Cookies
A delicious recipe to make cinnamon and ginger cookies with carob molasses. The rich flavors will linger in memory.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup carob molasses (black honey)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla, then the margarine, then the carob molasses; add the dry ingredients and mix well. If needed, add a spoon of water.
- Shape the dough and press with your hands, then dip in sesame seeds or sugar.
