Method
- Add the cold milk to the two packets of powdered dessert cream and whisk until you obtain a creamy mixture, then add the Nutella or cocoa and mix well.
- Fill the biscuits with a small teaspoon of the prepared cream — place two biscuits together with the filling between them.
- Arrange the filled biscuits side by side and on top of each other on a plate in the shape you choose, depending on the shape of the biscuits (round, rectangular, or square).
- Spread the cream used for filling to cover the biscuits on top and on the sides to form a cake-like shape.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate sauce: in a saucepan, put the chocolate pieces with the butter, cocoa, cream, and milk and stir.
- Cook them over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly.
- When the sauce cools a little, pour it over the biscuit cake and return it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Garnish with almonds or chocolate shavings and serve the chocolate biscuit cake.
