- 1 fried bread loaf
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- ground cumin
- fried minced beef
- diced tomatoes for garnish
- chopped parsley for garnish

Method
- Crush the garlic, add the yogurt and tahini, and mix until smooth.
- Add the chickpeas and mix.
- Spread the bread in the serving dish.
- Spread the chickpea mixture and sauce over the bread.
- Distribute the fried minced beef on top.
- Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle ground cumin.
- Garnish with tomatoes and parsley.
