  • 1 fried bread loaf
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ground cumin
  • fried minced beef
  • diced tomatoes for garnish
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Crush the garlic, add the yogurt and tahini, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the chickpeas and mix.
  3. Spread the bread in the serving dish.
  4. Spread the chickpea mixture and sauce over the bread.
  5. Distribute the fried minced beef on top.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle ground cumin.
  7. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley.
