Method

  1. Boil the chicken until half cooked, then set it aside after it is done
  2. In a baking dish, place the sliced onion, fry the potatoes until half cooked, then place them over the onion, then add the chicken thighs
  3. In a separate bowl, add the chicken broth that the chicken was boiled in, after straining out the aromatics
  4. Add the tangy lemon juice to the chicken broth, then add the minced garlic and spices and mix well
  5. Pour a little of the potato frying oil over the chicken thighs, then pour over the chicken broth sauce with the lemon juice
  6. Place the chicken tray in a hot oven until the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked
  7. Adjust the salt to taste
  8. Serve the chicken with garlic and tangy lemon juice alongside cooked white rice
