- Sweet corn kernels or baby corn

- Chicken breasts:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- a pinch of ground ginger ground
- a pinch of ground cardamom
- a pinch of white pepper
- a pinch of sweet paprika
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- For the sauce:
- Chicken or vegetable stock cube
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk, or more as needed
- black pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste

Method
- We start by boiling the vegetables after cutting them as desired... boil them in water with butter, salt, and black pepper... You can also sauté the vegetables in a pan with the ingredients mentioned to get sautéed vegetables. You can add more kinds of vegetables or omit others as desired.
- Prepare the chicken while the vegetables are cooking... In a small bowl, mix the ginger, cardamom, pepper, paprika, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then marinate the chicken breast fillets in the mixture for at least 1 hourTimers: 60 min
- Heat a little vegetable oil with a piece of butter in a pan and fry the chicken pieces over low heat, making sure to turn them from time to time until cooked through
- Meanwhile, prepare the mushroom sauce... Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms in it... then add the flour and stir until it changes color slightly and absorbs the butter
- After the flour, add the stock cube and stir, then add the milk, salt, and pepper, and stir in a circular motion so the flour doesn't clump
