  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Zucchini
  • Carrot
  • Sweet corn kernels or baby corn
  • Green peas
  • Green beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken breasts:
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • a pinch of ground ginger ground
  • a pinch of ground cardamom
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a pinch of sweet paprika
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • Chicken or vegetable stock cube
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk, or more as needed
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Method

  1. We start by boiling the vegetables after cutting them as desired... boil them in water with butter, salt, and black pepper... You can also sauté the vegetables in a pan with the ingredients mentioned to get sautéed vegetables. You can add more kinds of vegetables or omit others as desired.
  2. Prepare the chicken while the vegetables are cooking... In a small bowl, mix the ginger, cardamom, pepper, paprika, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then marinate the chicken breast fillets in the mixture for at least 1 hour

  3. Heat a little vegetable oil with a piece of butter in a pan and fry the chicken pieces over low heat, making sure to turn them from time to time until cooked through
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the mushroom sauce... Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms in it... then add the flour and stir until it changes color slightly and absorbs the butter
  5. After the flour, add the stock cube and stir, then add the milk, salt, and pepper, and stir in a circular motion so the flour doesn't clump
  6. Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring

  7. Be sure to finish preparing the chicken, vegetables, and sauce at the same time so you can serve the chicken steak with vegetables and the sauce beside it while hot... after garnishing the dish as desired
