Ingredients

  • Deboned boiled chicken
  • Chicken broth
  • Two potatoes
  • Two carrots
  • Bay leaf
  • Half a cup of long-grain rice
  • Two tablespoons tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wait a few minutes then add:
  • After about 20 minutes add:
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. We wash the chicken well and place it in water to boil thoroughly with the spices.
  2. You can add preferred spices such as bay leaf, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and one small dried onion.
  3. Let the chicken cook until tender, about an hour.
  4. When the chicken is cooked, remove it and set aside; strain the broth to remove the spices.
  5. In a separate pot, place the broth, add the deboned chicken cut into cubes, the diced potatoes, and the diced carrots.
  6. After 10 minutes
    Timers: 10 min
  7. Add the tomato paste mixed with a little water
  8. Add the washed rice
  9. A teaspoon of butter
  10. A pinch of salt
