  • Cauliflower

Method

  1. Stage One
  2. Cut the eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots, fry them in oil, and set them aside.
  3. Wash the rice and leave it soaking in lukewarm water; after some time, drain the soaked rice and put it with a little vegetable oil in a pot on the heat.
  4. Add various spices to the rice: a pinch of salt, chicken stock, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of chicken spice mix. When the rice water begins to dry and before it is fully cooked, turn off the heat.
  5. Stage Two
  6. Prepare the chicken after washing it well with vinegar, salt, and lemon; put it in a pot on the heat with the aromatics, cover with water, and boil until cooked.
  7. Stage Three
  8. Prepare a pot, add oil, place rounds of tomato, onion, and bell pepper, and arrange the fried vegetables that were set aside on top of them.
  9. Add half of the rice quantity, then add the chicken, then add the remaining half of the rice, cover them, and cook on low heat for half an hour.
