Ingredients:

1 large eggplant

Cauliflower

2 potatoes

3 carrots

4 cups rice vegetable oil

Salt

Ground cinnamon

Black pepper

A pinch of chicken seasoning

Chicken pieces

3 tomatoes

Preparation Method:

Stage One

Cut the eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots, then fry them in oil and set them aside.

Wash the rice and leave it to soak in lukewarm water. After some time, drain the soaked rice and place it in a pot over medium heat with a little vegetable oil.
