Ingredients
- Chicken fillet:
- 1 kg chicken fillets, boneless (you can use bone-in pieces if preferred)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- A little grated fresh ginger or ground ginger powder
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup oil
- Half a lemon or an orange (including the peel)
- Salt

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken pieces overnight.
- In a non-stick skillet, lift the pieces from the marinade and cook the fillets without oil until fully cooked, as if you were grilling them.
