  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Half a lemon or an orange (including the peel)

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken pieces overnight.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, lift the pieces from the marinade and cook the fillets without oil until fully cooked, as if you were grilling them.
