  • 1 kg chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chicken fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or ground red pepper
  • hot sauce or chili to taste
  • colored bell peppers
  • fresh mushrooms or canned mushroom
  • corn kernels

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Water as needed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • In a blender, combine two ripe avocados with two tablespoons powdered milk, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of fajita spice, a spoon of lemon juice, a spoon of olive oil, and a spoon of white vinegar. Blend until creamy.

Method

  1. Wash the chicken well with vinegar and salt and slice it.
  2. Add to the chicken the crushed garlic, crushed onion, mustard, spices, dried coriander, cumin, paprika and chili.
