Chicken burger — a homemade recipe to ensure taste, quality and cleanliness

Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken breast, washed, cleaned and drained
  • 2 tbsp fine semolina
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper paste or red pepper paste
  • 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (or seasoning powder)
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • To serve: lettuce, tomato and pickles

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes to make it easier to grind, then grind it in an electric grinder until smooth.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to the ground chicken in a deep bowl.
  3. Mix well, then shape the burger mixture into small balls, stuff each with cheese and press into round burger patties (for example, by pressing with the bottom of a plate).
  4. Fry the chicken burgers in a little oil in a skillet, flip to cook the other side, then place each patty in a burger bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles.
  5. Serve the chicken burgers immediately with fries if desired.
