- For the Nestlé-style milk:
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup fine granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the caramel:
- 1 cup coarse sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Shredded coconut, as needed
- Preparing the Nestlé-style milk:
- Place the powdered milk, fine sugar, hot water and butter in a blender; blend well until you have Nestlé-style milk, then set it aside.
- Preparing the caramel:
- Put them in the refrigerator until they cool well for one hour. Leave a little of the caramel aside for decoration. Add the coconut gradually to the caramel and mix until you have a somewhat firm mixture... Shape the mixture into circles,,d

Method
- Place the powdered milk, the sugar, the hot water, and the butter in a blender and blend well until you have Nestlé milk, then set aside.
- Place the sugar in a pan over low heat until it melts and caramelizes; then add the butter and stir. Next add the Nestlé milk prepared earlier. Add the salt and stir everything together until well combined for about 3 minutes...Timers: 3 min
- Chill in the refrigerator until well cooled for about an hour.
- Set aside a little caramel for garnish.
- Gradually add the coconut to the caramel and mix until you get a cohesive mass. Shape the mixture into discs, roll them in coconut, and garnish with caramel and more coconut.
