Caramel and apple muhallebi is an easy recipe .. for the tastiest dessert, light and refreshing too, you should make this muhallebi

Ingredients

  • 5 green or red apples
  • 4 cups or 1 liter milk
  • 4 large tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 packet powdered caramel flan mix
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon or vanilla, as desired
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Chocolate vermicelli

Method

  1. Peel 3 apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples with the vanilla or cinnamon, and stir for 2 minutes

  3. After 2 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir for about 4 minutes until the sugar caramelizes
    Timers: 2 min, 4 min
  4. Turn off the heat and set the pan aside
  5. Prepare the muhallebi... first, cut the remaining 2 apples without peeling them, place them in an electric blender with 1 cup of milk, and blend until well pureed
  6. Strain them and place them in a pot over the heat with the remaining milk, cornstarch, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and the powdered caramel sachet, and stir well until the mixture boils and thickens
  7. At this stage, you can also add 2 tablespoons of prepared caramel flan, as desired
  8. Remove the muhallebi mixture from the heat once it reaches the desired consistency
  9. In serving glasses, distribute some of the caramelized apples in the bottom, then a little chocolate vermicelli, and pour the muhallebi mixture over them
  10. Once they cool to room temperature, place them in the fridge for an hour to chill a little, then top with more vermicelli and caramelized apples and return the glasses to the fridge
  11. Serve the caramel and apple muhallebi well chilled from the fridge, and garnish as desired before serving
