Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g corn oil (or neutral vegetable oil)
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • Decoration
  • Blanched chopped almonds
  • Oreo chocolate pieces
  • Chocolate chips

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Place the butter, oil, and chopped chocolate together and melt them in a bain-marie.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sifted sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the egg mixture and stir.
  4. Sift the flour and cocoa powder together, add them as well, and mix.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a pan greased with a little butter and dusted with flour, or into small mini molds.
  6. Top the brownies with chopped almonds, Oreo pieces, or chocolate chips.
  7. Bake them in an oven at 150°C for about 35 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.

  8. Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature before serving.
