Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • In another bowl, mix:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Method

  1. Mix all the previous ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture... take 1 cup of the batter and set it aside for decoration later...
  2. In another bowl mix: 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1½ cups flour.
  3. Add the first mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Put the batter in an oven pan at 160°C or 180°C depending on your oven's strength.
  5. The brownie cake needs about 25 to 30 minutes to bake.
  6. When we take the brownies out of the oven, pour the 1 cup of the first mixture we set aside over them... and finish decorating as desired.
