- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- In another bowl, mix:
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
Method
- Mix all the previous ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture... take 1 cup of the batter and set it aside for decoration later...
- In another bowl mix: 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1½ cups flour.
- Add the first mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Put the batter in an oven pan at 160°C or 180°C depending on your oven's strength.
- The brownie cake needs about 25 to 30 minutes to bake.
- When we take the brownies out of the oven, pour the 1 cup of the first mixture we set aside over them... and finish decorating as desired.
