Sesame and nigella seed bread... very tasty and suitable for all kinds of sandwiches
Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 120 g milk
- 120 g water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 60 g oil
- Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
- Nigella seeds (black seed) (for sprinkling)

Method
- Mix the sugar, yeast, water and milk, then leave them for 5 minutes to activateTimers: 5 min
- Add the oil and salt and mix, then gradually add the flour and knead until the dough becomes soft
- Place the dough on the work surface and knead well until the dough is cohesive
- Sprinkle a little flour on a clean surface, roll it out and leave it thick
- Cut it into circles then sprinkle sesame and nigella seeds on top
- Let them ferment for 2 to 3 hoursTimers: 180 min
- Bake the bread at medium heat from the bottom, and for the last 10 minutes turn the oven on from the topTimers: 10 min
- Remove the sesame and nigella bread from the oven and cover it with a clean cloth until it calms down a little, then serve
