The Best Lebanese Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh... who doesn't love it?! For lunch, dinner or even an afternoon snack :) Tabbouleh is good any time. It can be made with just lemon juice, and some people also enjoy a touch of pomegranate molasses.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/4 bunch fresh mint
- 2 green onions (scallions)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fine brown bulgur
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice (about the juice of 2 small lemons) or to taste
- Olive oil
Method
- Wash the vegetables well and let them drain thoroughly.
- Finely chop the parsley, mint and green onions. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes and add them in as well.
- Add the bulgur, then add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt, and mix.
- Serve with cabbage and lettuce leaves.
