Beef tray bake .. a very tasty recipe served with white rice on the side or fried potatoes... This recipe is practical and does not need much preparation
Ingredients
- Half a kilo of tender beef fillet, cut into very small pieces
- 1 medium onion, sliced into wedges
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium green sweet pepper
- Hot pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of seven-spice blend
- A pinch of paprika
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Soak the meat in a bowl with the onion wedges, diced tomatoes, chopped pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, and spices.
- Let the meat marinate for about 2 hours.Timers: 120 min
- Place everything in a tray on the stove over high heat, stirring until the meat changes color and the liquids evaporate.
- Add the oil at this stage and the salt, but do not add too much because the soy sauce is salty.
- Stir the ingredients, then cover the tray and leave it over low heat until the meat is fully cooked.
