- 1 kg fillet steak, cut into slices 1 cm thick

- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Butter
- 1 dry onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chicken stock cube
- Grated nutmeg
- 1 liter fresh cooking cream
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- Boiled vegetables: carrots, mushrooms, broccoli
- A pinch of garlic
- Black pepper
- Rosemary
- Cooked spaghetti
- A sprinkle of oregano - wild thyme
Method
- Put the steak slices in the refrigerator one day before cooking, and at preparation time season the meat with the spices.
- In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil with 2 tablespoons butter, turn on the heat then fry the steak in batches on both sides until browned and place them in an ovenproof tray.
- In the same pan add 1.5 tablespoons butter and over low heat add a grated onion with 2 crushed garlic cloves, the chicken stock cube, and grated nutmeg; after they soften add 1 tablespoon mustard with 1 liter cooking cream and 1 cup water.
- When the mixture boils, pour three quarters of the cream mixture over the steaks, cover them with foil and put them in the oven on low heat until the steaks absorb the cream.
- To the remaining cream mixture add 1/4 cup mozzarella and set it aside until serving.
- Boil the vegetables (carrots, broccoli, zucchini ...) for only 5 minutes then place them in a colander.Timers: 5 min
- Put 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, a sprinkle of garlic powder, black pepper and a little rosemary, then add the vegetables with the mushrooms and corn on the cob.
- Toss the vegetables briefly and turn off the heat.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain them after cooking and rinse with cold water, then melt 2 tablespoons butter and toss the spaghetti with the butter and a sprinkle of oregano, then turn off the heat.
- Serve the steak with the cream sauce alongside the spaghetti, vegetables, and extra cream as shown in the accompanying photos.
